SUBSCRITIONS FOR CLASSES:
1. LDC Dance fees work on a monthly subscription this payment covers the cost of the class you have signed up for. Our fees are spread equally over 11 months, across the academic year. (NO open classes will take place during August; therefore no payment will be taken during this month). LDC Subscriptions last for a minimum duration of 1 month from the date of registration and will renew automatically after this date unless otherwise cancelled.
2. Payments are taken from your credit/ debit card on the 1st of every month. (We do not offer refunds for classes or trial sessions).
COVERING PAYMENTS FOR NEW MEMBERS:
A covering payment is an additional one-off charge that is added to your first monthly subscription. This charge is to cover any unpaid classes attended before your first monthly payment is taken.
CANCELATION POLICY: EFFECTIVE from 1st February 2023.
1. Customers wanting to cancel the monthly subscription with LDC dance, can do so by contacting lauren@ldcdance.co.uk .
2. YOU MUST give notice BEFORE the end of the month, if a student decides to no longer participate in classes. If the required notice is not received, the full payment of the pupil’s fees for the following month will not be refunded.
For example if you’re attending classes in December, but don’t want to commit anymore, you MUST give notice before the 1st January.
3. If you cancel your membership, you will receive an email to confirm that your subscription is cancelled. If you do not receive an email from us, please assume that we have not received your cancellation notice and please email us again.
4. If you want to join classes again or move into a different class, unfortunately we can’t guarantee availability and you may have to go onto a waiting list.
5. If for any unforeseen circumstances a class has to be cancelled we will endeavour to offer a make up session.
If you are unable to join class due to illness/ injury/ etc. LDC dance will not refund or credit your class. However payment will keep your space in the class secure.
LATE PAYMENT:
1. Any failed or late payments on the 1st of the month, the system will try to take this payment again a few days later. Any payments after 10th will be charged an additional £5 on top of the amount charged for your subscription, as well as admittance to class will be restricted upon payment failure.
